To improve productivity, you have to try new things with your team, you don't keep doing the same thing because you'll end up seeing the same results. Enlighten your workers and give them some necessary ideas.

In my own personal view, I think it's easier to teach and contain uneducated or less educated people because most of them are always humble maybe due to the fact that they are less educated and working with educated or they're just that way naturally. Educated people are a little more difficult to teach and contain. In a case like this, you have to come down to their level of understanding and reasoning. People are easily taught and led when you teach them the way they want to understand, and not in the way you can teach. If you do it that way, you have no problem.

At the end they need good reward in the form of good payments, when someone would give them all of these things, your efficiency or work would increase and production rate would go higher day by day.
 
You have to have a good Communicate effectively. Moreso, Know their strengths and weaknesses. Give them incentives and Eliminate excess. Be a good example. Hold stand-up meetings. Let employees work from home.

Well, for me it will depend mainly on the nature of the business I would like to start. If the business involved large capital or various technical management skills that I know l can't manage the operations of the business on my own, then l would opt for partnership with documents being signed in the law court.
