Those sites do not see the qualifications of the people , they jsut see the geographical loactions and the certificates . It is really wrong. There are many worthy people who are not able to work in freelancing and even transcription.

Yes they are in search of geographical and the certificates and than they directly approved them otherwise we hard worker can work more better than African people but they are rejecting our proposals .
