How supportive is your government to business?

The government of my country has mastered the art of making life miserable for business owners, especially the ones who doesn't belong to their clique.

So many big businesses left the country as the government couldn't create an enabling environment for them to thrive. The ones that stayed are toiling under the heavy load of multiple taxation.

I will say that Nigerian government has been trying her best in different empowerment schemes such as supporting business creation in order to create more job but honestly their best has not been enough.

Wether you exist or not my country's government doesn't care about that. All that concerns them is how to satisfy their curiosity and see those they rule ride in poverty. They aren't doing any justifiable thing to help grow the economy, or provide means to engage youths, and other citizens having meaningful life.

In my country to an extent the government is trying as much as possible to support businesses especially the existing ones through loans and grants unfortunately and loans and grants don't go to the right persons due to corruption so people strive on their own to grow their businesses. My country also tries to support businesses by giving grants and loans. But corruption is also a big issue here that makes the funds fall for the wrong hands. That is so unfortunate as many youths would have benefited from the business funds.

Of course business makes your economy stronger. In the country like Pakistan, where we have some unemployment issues, Government is very keen to give it's unemployed person, Bank funds to make sure that they are employed. But most of the people don't avail such a helpful opportunity because they want to have government Jobs. But Government thinks it weakens our economy.

I am happy for your country supporting private investors by granting them loan to support their business but in some countries , the government's are always looking on how to fill their own pockets .

Here in my country our government doesn't care about how the citizen live on daily bases,so I could frankly say this,our government is not in supportive to anything we the citizen are doing. So that's the more reason why most citizen want to be out of the country I guess.

Sadly, the government of my country to not create and enabling environment for business to strive. They are far from being supportive. I would say that they even discourage the youth from going into business.

The assistance the government gives to busineses is not adequate enough,they usually favour the big firms and out fit,the grants that is suppose to get to busineses that need this support most does not get to them,this is due to beareucratic practice.
