Franchise is Somewhat safer than starting your own business.
The reason behind why, is on the grounds that what they do has been verified to work - by and large.

To be successful in business, you start with a strategy, and execute it effectively.
With a Franchise, you are furnished with a generally attempted and tried strategy.
This diminishes the Risk. Though you still need to execute the strategy, which actually requires business visionary abilities, mentalities, behaviour and practices.
You actually need to have confidence and judge the field-tested strategy yourself.

To me a franchise is not a high risk investment, because the ground work has already been done a brand has already been created, of course before joining any franchise research would have been done to determine the level of success. Infact it's a brilliant idea.
