Without customers, there is no business. So for you so have them come back, you have to impress them with your services, irrespective of what you do, you make sure you give them the best that is the only thing that will keep them coming back and even refer you to other prospective customers.

Sure, customers retaintion is not a rocket science as far my business is concern. It's something I easily do with the quality of my products and services together with a good customer relationship.
