Anything that poses a challenge or a danger to our health is a strain. Some stresses get you going and they are good for you - without any stress at all many say our lives would be dull and might probably experience pointless. Stress inside your comfort region can assist you carry out underneath pressure, encourage you to do your best, even preserve and secure you when risk looms.
But when strain become overwhelming, it is able to harm your mood and relationships, and result in a host of serious intellectual and physical fitness problems.

For my case on how i manage stress,i first of all identify the cause of the stress which is the first srep to deal with to bring mental order and gives me control over situation. Then i do keep a positive attitude that gives me motivation to overcome the stressors and manage my time effectively whereby i develop a workable timetable to fit all my daily activities plus resting time.
That's nice. I like your plan and your design, I'm sure it's effective?
Take some pain relief medicines and sleep it off
well, that's part of it.

Talk to your closest relatives for solutions to problems that are stressing you out, I usually do it so that I feel calmer about dealing with the problem

In my case, I am a person who generally remains calm, if stress appears, I tell myself that that way, things are not solved, I maintain control to make the best decisions.

You are very lucky to be able to do that

Yes, the only thing left from the race is fatigue, I have learned over the years, it helps me avoid diseases and makes me feel calm. Everything is in the mind

First, it's good to know that root cause of ones stress. Thereafter take the right medication for adequate recovery. Stress if not well taken care of can worsen ones health.

U have to know what causes stress firstable than try to find the best sollutions for it . Till then don't think about the reason for long and remember every prblm has a thousand sollutions

True, time heals everything, we should take it easy

I think the first step to managing stress is bringing self awareness into it. I read somewhere that being aware of your stressful emotions and accepting them exactly as they are is the most important step towards managing it. It is important to note that it is best not to try to deny our emotions or try to supress them, just accept them then look for a solution to them.

Stress can be really damaging to someone's health. The best way to manage stress is to keep fit relax and do a lot of exercise

When I realize that I'm facing some stress, caused by too many workload I suffered doing my work online. I try to reduce the rate of that stress, by listening to cool music, then going to bathroom to have some showers. Then take some time off to sleep a little to retain normal state of health back.

This is a great and very important point that you have made here. Continuing to do online work when you are tired and stressed can lead to a serious case of mental fatigue. It is best to take a break and do something else instead. I love the idea of taking a shower and listening to music, they are so refreshing.

To me it normally depends on which type of stress. I handle job stress differently from family stress. My job stress are normally caused by pressure from management when there is workload and limited time to accomplish it. At the end of the day you have to give a report on the performance. Another one is caused by pressure and disagreements from fellow staff members due conflict of interest and misunderstanding of some daily concepts at work which may lead to consequences of poor performance. To deal with this i normally assume everything is fine, try to motivate my fellow staff members so we join as a team and deliver within the time frame. At times where i see things dont work well, i do it myself. Then when i leave my work place am normally exhausted, having mental fatigue due to overthinking. I just take a cold shower then go to bed then have a 3 -5hours deep sleep to cool my mind. Music doesn't work for me. I normally want a total quiet environment with no sounds nor destruction. After sleep I'm always fine then i find funny videos/comedy online to bring back my jovial mood.

some don't get it easy as you Just stated. When I am stressed I prefer to be alone by myself, rest and listen to music.

Have learn to take life very easy, i can only be stressed out based on physical work but not emotional and i learn to manage that by resting
But there are some times where people just stress you unnecessary, like if you driving and someone bash your car, what about education/financial and even marital stress?
