Do not consider to deal with customers who are rude I think the best thing for you to do is just let them have their own way but if in any way they messed up with your right and regulation as a company you really need to take it very serious you can even take her to the court of law or you can sue her ford doing that,and sometimes try and upgrade your organisation to a sophisticated level so that anyone who is coming to do business with you may not even have opportunity to insult to.
