How do you deal with rude customers?

Will try as much as possible to be respectful to them and calm them down
but if they are persistence will show them the door
 
Just try to tolerate their excess and remember the major aim on why you established the business. There are lots of competitors out there trying to hikack your customers. Look beyond their rudeness and move on with your business
 
You render services in exchange they pay you. That money consist of the services and pain caused you just try to be calm. You’re still going to collect your money from there either they insult you or not. You’re the one wining not them
 
Rude customers can spoil ones business, the best ways to deal with them is to make friends with them, by doing that they will respect the spirit of friendship and always behave normal when one render service to them
 
Perseverance and tolerance are the major factors that keeps such business growing faster , some customers does that intentionally to test but in every situation be polite and don't retaliate.
 
What you truly need is patience. The more patient you are with them, the more they would see their true behaviours for what it really is and probably change.
 
In my experience standing in front of them and just starring with a blank and nonchalant expression seems to make them slow down, please don't try to trade words with them.
 
Try to always welcome customers with a smile whenever they come to buy from you. If they raise their voices, calm them down and never speak back
 
Customers are always right. Whether rude or not. Your aim of starting a business is to make profits. You have to understand them in their situation, you have to know how to handle people with such characters. At the end you'll count your sales. So long as they don't interfere with your business/sales/profits, assume their arrogance and serve them right
 
Tolerating a rude customer is part of what you should have planned before erecting a business. To tolerate a customer mean, you bring yourself low, no matter the situation that brought about the rudeness. Some customers will ride on the popular saying 'customers are always right' to do as they like, but u need to just be calmed as they might be on a mission to destroy your business.
 
Provided they are still patronizing you, atrt your best not to let what they say get at you, except where you see a need to change. No matter what, you will always meet people like that.
 
Always stay calm and not don't respond in kind. Try as much as possible to avoid fighting fire with fire. Don't take their rude words to heart because chances are your customers are angry about something else and just transferring the aggression to them so try to listen to their complains and settle it nicely.
 
When I train customer service staff, I always stress that they'll regularly encounter rude, irrational customers. I always urge them to remember, it's not always personal and to try to walk the customer journey. Having said that, you have to be fair but at the same time, firm and assertive because otherwise, some customers will wipe the floor with you. It's a very delicate balancing act that many struggle with.

There is no how some customers will not be rude to you, you are the one that will always be calming. Because tolerance is the best attitude to deal with customers. Either they have forth or not you have to say sorry.
 
You have to be kind and gentle when dealing with rude customers, some are not really rude but they want to tell that"customers are always right" so you are the one to wisdom and deal with them because you cannot do without them
 
Like they say two wrongs don't make a right , remain the cool one and let the customer rant. Always deal with customers calmly, However there are some bad eggs , who just want to start trouble, best to kick those ones out, serves as a reminder to everyone that you still own the place.
 
There are different people with different personalities ,and the only way we can deal with such person's is patience. We need to follow them calmly ,and be able to endure their actions , however when it is obvious that they are doing things intentionally , they should be sent away
