How Do You Backup WordPress Website

How do you backup a wordpress website? Do you back up with cPanel or do you use any kind of tool/plugin to backup your wordpress website locally or on cloud? I have used Updraft Plus plugin to backup my wordpress site locally as well as on cloud storage. I have also created backup for my wordpress websitye through All in One WP Migration Pluguin as well as Wordpress exporter tool

With a script I wrote that does a dump of the database and then archives up the entire directory structure and the mysql dump and places it in a archive directory that does rolling backups..
It then gets pulled into my home computer using the Mac automation tool and Transmit and distributed amongst the various media I have here and then sent using Transmit to a VPS located in Virginia.

For easy and quick migration, the All In One Migration Tool is very handy.
