How can someone retain customers?

Retaining a customer lies in the way you treat them and how you offer your services and products. So you need to know how to relate well with each of your customers. Then you also need to know how to provide quality goods and services.

You should not be afraid of loosing your customers if the products or the services you have offered on to them is good enough for them to return back to you whenever they are in need of it.

I think making your customers satisfied at all times is just the major way that you can keep your customers coming back and how can you make your customers satisfied? You can actually make a customer satisfied by getting their feedback about your product and services and then taking the feedback back to the production level to effect the changes so that your product can keep on involving to the taste of your customers.

Customer are not really difficult to retain as long as you can condone their attitude and make them feel important,then you have them at your palms,also by giving out gift during festiv period to customers

I completely agree with you that building and retaining your customer happens to be with you offering high-quality projects to these customers because these customers does not get value for their money then there are chances that they would not want to patronize your business again.
 
The best way to retain customers is by offering them premium services even when their budget is low, you make the product elevated and unique.
