How can an employee handle an abusive employer

In this part of the world, majorly in the office section, we've seen and heard some employer getting aggressive on their employees. So how can an employee tackle and curtail such case without getting sacked
If going to government agencies who can deal with these things is not an option, I think you can only take care of your welfare by finding other colleagues who can help you and support you in handling the aggressive employer. It is sad to be in the middle of these institutions where the people who are meant to protect turns out to be the ones who hurt you instead.

An employee that has an abusive employer or boss should either decide whether to leave or stay but although to make it in life you still have to face so many challenges.
Even do it might be because your boss have also face to much of challenges so due to that challenges he might be strict for that but if it too much you may leave but if you don't want to leave him or her you should calm him down and do something that will please him after he is now calming down you can now tell him maybe he could change.

Well it depends on the relationship you have together.
 
I have always said it’s a terrible thing to treat someone badly just because they work for you. If m employer is being rude to me I let him know immediately. When it gets too much for me to handle I work away. We all need to walk in a healthy work place.
 
An employee can avoid an abusive employer by not doing anything that may warrants the employer from abusing him/her. Though what the employer is doing is totally wrong, the employee must endure if he wants to continue working there.
As far as the employee loves the job and he or she is satisfied with the job, the only thing the employee can do is to ensure he or she is not crossing paths on the employer, only a mad person will just start abusing for no reason, something must have triggered that, try all means to avoid that

An employee could handle an abusive employer by first understanding the employer, know his temperament, discover what easily provoke him and try as much as possible to avoid those things. If you still need the job, you have to lay low.

Is only God can safe person for that one, some employer they aggressive to extent of slap their employee, but to me am not gentle to that extent of abusing me and call me names, I will not allow that at all.

Here in my country there are also such agencies called "unions" that support the employees in which they turn to in extreme cases, but as you well describe, such confrontations should be avoided, since the employer will always want to impose himself before the subordinates. In the last case it is also good to look for other work options for peace of mind.

This is true You need to report to them ,so the abusive employee can change in its way and you won't be too bothered that much
 
Trust me that handling a tough employer is never an easy task at all. You should always strive to avoid him no matter what. You should also report him to hr if you habe the means and depending on the relationship you can talk to him too.
 
Report them. And if the higher ups don't do anything, report the business outright for unfair practices. I'm sure there are places you can report a business if they don't follow up on reports.

Letting them get away with it, won't do you any good.
