Hiring an assistant will help in the long run daily activities which will in the other way promote the growth of the company or an organization and at the same time will help to reduce the work load on the employer.

Hiring an assistant is a good idea because most times they work become so much stressful for you to handle alone so you must need an assistant.

I do not have an assistant yet. I think its a good business idea to hire an assistant that can work on little stuffs so that you can work on the bigger stuffs. It is the delegating of work. You delegate the small but necessary things to your assistant while you will take care of managerial things.
