I currently work as a customer service specialist and luckily for me, we work based on shift. The challenges include making sure you are up to date with the products, services as well as their prices, I also try not to get provoked at an aggressive customer, customers can be saucy, I also need to keep taking some online customer care courses for personal and career development, overall it has been interesting though a bit stressful, I also get to meet new persons everyday.
