Have you ever regretted your decision to resign from a company?

Some companies require you to work and "complete the term" without receiving any pay for that! I have been part of such kind of company! This is really unfair.
Completing the terms like how, you mean you have to work extra without being paid ? I haven't seen any business organisation of that nature before that would asked employees to work this way.

Not at all, I only leave when I notice that my service is no longer needed there or if I get a better offer elsewhere
As you mentioned, these are the main reasons that someone resign from a company, if there is no need or any improvement in the field or there is a better offer.

Treating bad will discourage someone from working, businesses and companies need to treat the employees in a good manner because they are the building blocks of a successful business.

Well, there are many countries where there are laws that protect the rights of the employees and workers and this is a good thing. Employees cannot be underpaid in many countries.

That is just the truth and alot fail to understand this powerful secret.
In as much as it is good to be strict in your approach in some things it is equally important to treat your employees the right way.

I also do not like to work in companies. I prefer to work online and make sure that I work as a freelancer all the time. The chances are that I may never actually work for a real company either.
Well, working online has many advantages. Unlike offline works, there's peace of mind attached to working online. You can decide to work when you like and stop working when you feel like. However, they are some job offline that give you peace of mind and pay big wages. If I see this kind of job, I will quit online for it.

The only problem with online works is that if you are not committed you might not get something tangible from your works, you would need to constantly motivate yourself.

I resigned from a company about 4 years ago and I don't regret that decision. I resigned when I had a fight with the boss. The boss wanted me to get to another city on a business trip immediately and I declined.

One of the things that I always advice persons who are looking for a better opportunity is that they should be able to secure an employment first before resigning their present position,to avoid regret latter on.

Before resigning from a particular organisation , you must have had a genuine reason, either you have a better job offer or you decided to start your own business, I will never regret leaving an organisation because I must have done a better research on where I am headed

I do regret resigning from my previous company without having any offer from some other company, at the moment.

I should have worked there for a little while longer before I secure another offer.
Did it ever happen to you guys? As for me, I thought of resigning completely as I had to migrate to another country. So, what are your usual ways of switching jobs? Do you search for a new job offer while working? Or would you resign from the current company to focus on the job search?

One thing that I've learnt in life is never to rush into doing anything and this has always made it possible for me to get all my decision spot on. The moment that I have made the decision to resign from any company, it means that have already evaluated everything that needs to be evaluated and the decision is a very good one.

I resigned from my job around two years ago and i never regretted that decision at all. This is because the pay rates in those companies were poor and they used to treat employees like slaves.
