Have you ever paid for SEO?

As many of us may know, SEO is very much needed when it comes to owning any kind of site online. SEO can help you hit good rankings in the search engines which can also lead to more traffic which is what we all like to see when we own a site.

Most of us tend to work on SEO ourselves but there are options to be able to hire people and pay for SEO if you wish.

No I always did everything myself. I find it best for any admin to learn how to do SEO themselves aswell.

I never paid for SEO myself. I think having organic SEO rather than paying for it is better in the long run. I'm still understanding SEO myself, but I feel it'll be better for me to actually put the effort into learning about it more than paying someone else to help me.

I have. Sometimes the results can be interesting, e.g. I have an e-commerce store with several pages that are location based (physical stores), and it was suggested to produce pages for “stores near x” because those ranked surprisingly well in search engines, more than the direct places the stores are in.

I found the journey very interesting because they came at it from a direction I wouldn’t have.
