Have you ever had to go through legal action for confidential information getting leaked?

No, I have been a good keeper of my confidential information. I don't allow my portfolio to be obvious to people even my family. I never fall into a trap of leaking my information to people I do not know because I'm cautious about my life career.

I am also a kind of person who never violates the privacy or private information of people. Even if it is not illegal, then I think that it is unethical to leak private information of people.

So manyy people don't seem to understand the legal implications of leaking a private and confidential information. You would pay huge sums for damages. That's why you need to secure sensitive information with your life.

To be frank, I haven't encountered such a situation before however, I had a classmate from High school who got into trouble for leaking state information. Such occurrences are common these days in the world of technological advancement and the best I can say about it is to be well guided on data protection and integrity

This is one of the worst things that can ever happen to you especially if you are somebody whose business is holding sensitive data. This is why I am very security concerns on issues like this.
It is truly one of the worst things that can ever happen to a human being but I am glad that I have never had any case either with the government or anyone. It has never happened

I have never been to any legal action for leaking confidential information. However, I have seen a lot of cases where a person when a person was dragged into court because of leaking confidential information. Trade secrets are protected by law and if anyone leaks the information, it is a punishable act.
