Have you ever dropped something on the floor, then picked it up and eaten it???

Yeah, they should have it in a way that it's not going to be too much. Excessive snacking as one's full time food isn't healthy. It's why I don't encourage someone depending it as their 3 square meal every day.
True. You know, there are people who save some of the snacks they buy, for their children too. They stay hungry and give the remaining portion to their children. These are mostly extremely poor/homeless people. It's so sad.

A lot of families are living in abject poverty. It's bad to the extent that they find it very difficult to feed. These people are forced to beg for food and it gets difficult when then have kids to take care of. It's why those kids pick up anything they can eat just to survive.

As a little kid I did this a lot. I got some serious spankings for doing it too. With food and stuff, I won't do it now. But with meat, I'll be tempted to pick it up, wash with water and eat, especially if no one is looking.

As a child, lollipop was my favourite goodies. If my mother went out, she will never forget to buy me a pack of lollipop. I use it to taunt my friends. I would allow the one's I'm close to lick a few times. If the lollipop fell, I will pick it up irrespective of what or where it fell into.

Lol... You sounded just like a childhood's friend of mine his name is David, each time we are together and something drops from him, he would just blow it and eat, I will just laught it out loud telling him he keeps reminding of our childhood days

Sometimes when you are hungry that much, you will not even bother about where whatever you are eating fell into as long as it is something that you can still be able to get out and have it cleaned. This makes it still very good for the person to eat it once again.

It depends on what it is and where I dropped it. If it is something wet, that is a no go zone for me. Think things like pasta, meat, ect. but if it is a chip or something dry it don't bother me.

Yes, if whatever I'm eating fell into a very bad place, even if hunger is killing me as an adult, I will ever pick the food up. For example, if my pie fell into the gutter, how am I meant to pick it from such a filth?

I think that people who have not done this are more strange than people who do, because if some crumb falls on the floor and you eat it, nothing will happen to your body, even if there are a few bacteria, of course, if it does not happen outside

I have done it, and I still do, as long as it doesn't spend too much time on the floor, but if the floor is excessively dirty, I won't eat it even if It had only spent a thousandth of a second there, it all depends on the floor too.

But I've done it many times for example when I drop something to eat at home, I just pick it up and eat it lol.

Yes, I agree with you in every way. Anyone who says not to have done something like this looks/sounds weird. This is the life of kids everyday and adults do it too.

The nature of the floor where whatever I'm trying to eat fall down on is what is going to determine if it is possible that I'm going to pick up that thing and eat it all over again.

Although I know it is a very different case when it comes to children because they're not even aware of where whatever they are eating fell on. They're going to pick it, not even clean it and eat it if there is no adult there to clean it for them.

If that happened to me as a child, you're right, several times I dropped the candy on the floor and I picked it up and ate it even though the floor was quite dirty, I just wanted to eat candy haha I didn't care about anything else.

Do you know one thing that is very funny when it comes to children doing this kind of thing is that it is never going to affect their health in any way no matter how many times they do it. But whenever an adult try something like this, he will definitely start suffering one health problem or another.
