Sometimes this is not always an easy things to do because if you are to give it to hundreds of people in your business you might run at loss in your business organisation which is not the best.

I do not think it is really necessary to do this , but even when I ever want to get involved in something similar to this, I will make sure that I have been able to understand my fault first.
