Future of Banks?

In addition to your contribution, when cryptocurrency was first created, its number one enemy are the banks or financial institutions because they saw it as a threat. However, the decentralized feature of cryptocurrency made it outstanding.

The banks have still not regulated cryptocurrency. I have a feeling that there will be a time when banks will regulate them but it will take a long time

Well it is not really the banks that have to regulate cryptocurrencies nor do they have the power to do so, this is done by the regulatory entities of each country, such as the SEC in the US.

You are right but I feel like the banks have their own advantages too. This means that if countries accept the usage of cryptocurrencies, banks will also do the same

Yes,. that is also true, banks have to adhere to the needs and preferences of customers so as not to become obsolete, but the problem is that if regulatory entities decide for example to ban Bitcoin as in some countries has already happened, banks will be able to do little.
