Forum with team or alone?

As far as I am concerned , one person cannot manage a forum effectively . The person needs to have other people to manage the forum together with in other for the forum to succeed .

We all have staff team on our forums to help us grow, as one person can only post certain amount of posts before getting bored. A team is what helps us to have more posts and also team helps in removing junk such as spam and also helps us with various duties.
Without team, I don't think I can create posts for even a week, but a good team is what we need. Sometimes you get team that are not bothered about your form and don't seem to post or do any tasks.

So are you one of those who feels team is good than starting alone or do you feel alone is the way to go?
Running a forum site alone will be very stressful and tiring because you cannot do it alone , and because there are times when you will be busy ,so its better to get a team to help you with the to keep the forum running .

If the forum is new, the Admin can manage it, pending when it expands. When it becomes a large community only the admin can handle it.

Managing a forum is a hard work because a lot of content is created every day which needs to be checked, and a lot of people join the forum. You need a team to manage everything on your forum.

If blogs can have teams of writers, I don't see the reason why forum shouldn't have teams working behind the scene for the progress of the forums. Having a TeamSpeak make it pretty much easier to monitor every aspect of the forums.

I think that starting alone can be a very good thing in the beginning if you have the knowledge and the skills in order to do so, however as you start to expand and get bigger then you have to start looking at other people to employ.

working as a team is always a key role in the success of any business. the proof is all the recruiter during the interview asks you if you're a good team worker.

Most apps require you to spend money, but did you know there are apps that could help earn money instead? That’s right, doing some simple tasks like completing surveys and offers or even just using an app, you can make a few bucks.

If you want to maintain a large or small forum, you must have a staff that can assist you in various website areas and who is simple to manage; otherwise, all of the labor falls on your shoulders, and you risk becoming disinterested in managing a forum.

I believe that operating a forum is a team effort. A competent team is necessary for your forum to flourish, even if you create it by yourself and you can only be succesful with the support of a team.

You said it all dear. Forum is never a one man show. It is not all that easy for it to be well managed by the Admin alone. He needs the moderators, and other staff's to keep the forum running for long time.

Yes, this is true. There are many forums that may need the attention of at least two or three members who could run the forum in the right manner and this is important as well.

Even if I have to create a forums, I will need at least 3 moderators that will be very much willing to help. It is definitely not something that will be done by one single individual.

It's always nice to have a team to support your online projects. This is especially true on forums where it can be difficult to do everything yourself. It's nice to have moderators to help review forum posts, but admins are mostly focused on improving the forum itself and its various aspects.

It's always nice to have a team on one's forum instead of doing everything alone. One is going to get tired if one decides to handle everything on the forum on his or her own.

As much as standing alone sounds nice, it's not doable in the real sense of it. Not only will you tire out, the affairs of the forum will be uncoordinated; remember there'll be l different sections and people will definitely sign up.

I think in every aspect of life teams do better than alone people because with a team you could have several ideas and could distribute tasks among them.

Actually running a forum with alone is not a better idea no matter how smart you are, you need people who can help you take care of some stuffs and above all there are some knowledge that are needed to be shared among people as you interact.
