I completely agree with you on that, if you want to to over come all those things you need to focus, I think that's the only best way out, if you don't have focus you'll definitely suffer in this life.

Having focus is very important in this life, my mother use to say this to me especially when I'm not that serious with something, having good focus is a good idea.
