As for me understanding matter between the two couples when runs a family/joint business and moreover you can't compare there post together means there post matters and also you also have to come plane to everybody in the family and let them see everything then you all can seat and share it all but as for greedy family might not accept but you have to be careful based on family business

This is not a issue at all as far as I am concerned. Since it's a family business and the couple run a joint account, financial responsibility should be met from the same joint account since it's still for the same family.

Well, to some extent, they are right as the major work of a man is to ensure that the family is in good shape and most needs provided. It doesn't matter how much the woman makes, what matters is how she is able to manage these resources as that is what we should consider even when they run a joint account.

This is not really a hard issue. It's even easy because it is a family joint business and it involves family responsibilities too. Unless the husband has another means of income aside from the family business, the responsibility should be shared evenly and taken care of from the business.

The wife should understand that there's nothing bad if she shares in the responsibility of the house finance with the husband. Nothing is wrong in it and besides both of them are meant for each other and are meant to help each other. By the way, there no law that says only the man should pay the money.

Financial responsibility when couple's run family or joint business should be in accordance to each person's financial capability. Thereafter, stake or shares can be share based on each person's contribution.

Yes ,I like this question. Though some time husband and wife may be doing business together but yet the wife will still be look up to husband to make a provision.
Well its good for husband to make a provision but this time around they need to come in to agreement of what will also be contribution of wife.

I think everything should go equal rights withing couples both on business or at home,in anyway of life both financial aspect or business aspect, everything should be on equal rights,because I believe we are not slave to one another,so no one should enslave each other ,we should both share any profit or gain that comes out of it 50/50 with that way, they won't be problem in the company and in their home all because they run joint business and they respect each other.

Financial responsibilities are delicate situations that needs to be handled with caution or care,operating in a family/joint business with your family,i suggest that asides from there individual accounts,they should open a joint account whereby monies going into it is for family purposes and another account for business purposes.

Husband should have it in mind that he is the one to handle the financial responsibility. But a woman can just support the man to handle some financial duties. That will depend on the agreements they reach as a couple. Currently in my country, in general, if both work, the household responsibilities are shared by mutual agreement. If, on the contrary, the company is the means of family sustenance, there should not be any inconvenience in terms of leadership since both he and she will have the same rights and duties.

Family business which is jointly owned by couples can be effectively managed. In the case where they husband or wife has the highest share, a joint account shld be opened where the save some percentage of there salary for daily activities. But the man stil has to act as the head of the family
