But do we know the whole story? Is this a biased article? Well, I agree that homeless shelters can be taken advantage of by homeless that don't want to change, but what about the ones that do?

Doesn't matter if they want to change or not, these places should not be shut down especially on a Holiday. We don't know the situation these people are in, to deny them basic shelter and a hot meal on a Holiday is disgusting IMO.
