There are employees whom whatever they are being paid will never be enough for them. They will keep looking for ways to steal from your business.

My brother runs a mini mart where he caught some of his employees stealing products hiding them inside their clothes. Isn't it madness?

I do not have a business, so I am not an employer and I never been into a situation when someone stole from me. However, in my workplace. I have see a lot of staff stealing. Some are doing it just for the sake of hurting the employer as they despise the boss

I haven't been unfortunate with those whom I employee to work for me. None of them have been a thief. They have never stolen anything from me.
