I don't know what you mean by enrolling in online business. Maybe it is some kind of work like affiliate marketing, if my understanding is correct. With learning a skill it would depend on what kind of skill you are going to learn. Let's say you learn how to be making apps. That would lead to a job that pays good. If you enjoy coding an app then that would be the skill that you have to learn. In online business you also have to determine if you will enjoy it.

Having many great skills could give you a lot of good opportunities. So it is highly encourage to invest in yourself, acquire a skills. Online business is also good. You can apply your learned skills to the business you're starting. If you have the money and time, you can do both. In that way, you won't have to sacrifice the other.
