I think only money is not motivating factor . There are many other factors are required to start a business. I think certain knowledge and experience is essential to start a business. Business ideas and strategy is also important to make a business successful.

Money is part of the motivating factor when starting a businessbut I think it's not the most important to me stability is most important in business, been able to always provide the necessary service you render to people, growing the business to a level where people trust your products and services.
