For me yes, money is an absolute necessity and point fact motivator for me whenever starting a business is up for discussion. I don't understand what else is associated with business other than making money, so if I don't look up to making money from my business, what's the essence of starting up the business in the first place?

For some people it might be biggest motivation to start a business but not for all. There are thousands of people who are millionaire but they don't have enough motivation to start up a business, the motivation is different for everyone, according to their personalities.
