Both have their advantages, sitting and then going out to Meet up with one potential customers, however I would say the combination of the two is the best as with that, you will be able to reach out to more people and hereby increasing productivity of the organization and bringing in more profits

I share your opinion @Damismiling , "the combination of the two is the best" there are times when certain jobs can be done from the comfort of home, but there are also times when it is necessary to do them in person, so it is better to combine both options for the benefit of the company.

Same here ooo bro..... Since I spend 3 years working under a boss, i discovered that no matter the little amount you are earning working as your own boss is far better than working under a boss who orders you around based on his feelings so therefore i prefer working at home.

Its good you acknowledged the fact working for someone, an employer who commands you to do any task at his own will. But being your own boss stops all those command, and make you feel relaxed and focus to think about ways to make money online and offline. Its good too, to work at home when you know what you're doing.

Covid19 have made lots of offline business to shut down including schools. Its good you sit in front of your notebook at home working online. I guess you do online tutoring?? Because their is some reasonable amount of money on it.

Depends on the deal and people involved. Some people will require a place a business to work out a deal. I like working from home, but there are times where I have to do some work at an office or place of work. But for the most part, we could do a zoom meeting to do a deal, that works just as good.

Well for me negotiating business deals, there is nothing more that I love than going out to meet clients to negotiate these deals for businesses. Staying at home and negotiating business deals to me are a lazy man's job because he is so lazy to go out there. Going out to negotiate deals will bring more of business connections than just agreeing deals are well known.

Going out to negotiate deals with your client might be the best option to you. Do you know some freelancers don't have to move out to meet clients for job approval. Just mere chatting, then you submit your "Resume, and show your skills and what you're capable of doing. If your skills match what he wants younger the job asap and start making money. Their are freelancers or webmasters that earn more than $2k a month.

Their are people who doesn't move an inch past there sleeping bed, still make thousands as income every month. Everything depends on your preference, hard work and determination towards earning substantially online. You can meet people online and negotiate with them with video call if you have no time to go to meet them in real life this is good fact of technology.

The education industry has suffered a lot in my country due to this pandemic. Students have enjoyed their holidays this year more than any other year. I really hope things will come back to normal but it seems that 2021 is somewhat similar to 2020. Our government has imposed less strict lockdown in our country and this is affecting the businesses in some way. Are you still teaching from home in the current situation of pandemic? You're right. For one to be on the level of negotiating business with online merchants to make tons of money after successful business time. He or she must have taken time to understand how the online earning industry works, and become a professional for that. Not everyone prefer such, others like moving out in search of daily bread just as you said too.

You shouldn't feel bad or awful at any business that brings you reasonable returns greater than what spent. Gradually you'll build your business portfolio to climb higher and jump to that your dream business someday, through hard work and determination to stay focus at the current one.
