Hosting parties and events for your workers and crew is a great way to help morale. With that being said, have you ever hosted a part or done any type of events for your employees? It could be a good way for team building and to get to know each other.

How often should you have a party or do an event for your employees?

If I have hosted many of events more than five times events of my cousins weddings events of my school functions. Always try to motivate the massive amount of people come into majority to do help poor people and to wins the hearts of poor people.

I have once organize a dinner to my employee, may be I should not called them that, when I set up a coaching class. There are about 6 tutors working with me then and when I organize the dinner they were all happy. Dinner should be organized for the employee at least once in a year.

That's very correct. I think in my area, it's more like a tradition to hold such parties either at the beginning of a new year or at the end of the year or both. Even when great records are made in the company.

That is the drill, although too much of everything is bad they say.

I believe that this is something that should be done once in a year in any company because it involves a lot of expenses that shouldn't be allowed in any business more than once in a year.
