Do you ever deal with isolation and loneliness working from home?

I am a freelancer, so I have to work alone most of the times. The fact of the matter remains that I have to deal with loneliness as I have to work alone. I deal with this problem by taking breaks and watching YouTube videos during those breaks.

It is not healthy for someone who is working online as a freelancer to always be hooked on the job for 24 hours.

I wouldn't do that to myself because it is going to be too much stressful for my eyes and even my brains to be functioning without break. It's good to take some time out, walk outside the house and feel the air
