Do you blow dry your hair after taking a shower, or do you let it air dry?

I am aware that many people experience issues as a result of using a hair dryer, which may be quite harmful to hair. Normally, I use a hair dryer to dry my hair, but because it nearly hurts nothing, I recently got a hair dryer with cold air capabilities. The hot air is what negatively affects our hair's condition.

I do not use a blow dryer, I let i dry naturally. However, back in the days when I used to have a long hair and if I was going outdoor after bathing, I used blow dryer.
