Staff do resign for various reasons especially when a new and better opportunity comes up. Many also do resign if the workplace isn't conducive for them anymore

The main reason of such resignation is due to the management of the administration. No body likes to be resigned. But circumstances have become like this, that it is better to leave who knows something is better is awaiting for you. 🙂
True, many resign mostly because they feel the management or the working environment is no longer good enough for to use their skill to the maximum

Some employers do resign by writing a resignation letter. While others just leave the job without telling anyone when they get a new job. Those who just leave must have faced such oppression from their leaders.

Even where I was working earlier, the company had a management problem, as the HR manager was very arrogant, never really understood our problems. Thus many people had to quarrel over their duties. Which is not a good sign for the working environment.

Yeah staff do resign and apart from that ,they might not necessarily resign just because of they are not treated well ,some resign because of the location change of the company which might not suit them

This is a big problem that many companies are facing, many of the managers to lack human resource management skills hence they find it hard to communicate to the workers to create a better working environment

Yeah, it's exactly what happens when there is breach of agreement between the staff and the boss, then there is no way they wouldn't resign from their job and look for better opportunities.

Do staff really resign? I don't think they resign and leave the job. Rather they leave because a bad manager can take a good team member and destroy them, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation.
On all the organization i worked for I've never see any staff worker to resign from his or her job, because they are always well paid so I see no reason why they will resign from their job duty tho.

A staff remember can resign in a company for many reason when the company is not favourable for he/her and decide to move somewhere else.

A friend resigned when their company's business moved to a suburban town. There was no shuttle for the employees who were living in the city so my friend decided to resign because it is either she rents an accommodation to the place of business or spend so much for the transportation.

Its one of the reason many decides to resign because of things like that ,,and the transportation cost might be too much to cover all the expenses that the person would spend

Staff do resign, though there are different reasons why staff tender their resigntion. Some do it to seek greener pastures, some are not comfortable with the working environment e.t.c.

Employees usually leave the job because managers are rude and this is one of the major reasons why staff members resign. I believe that employees should be treated well and paid well for their work. Employees also have their own rights. I have also experienced this myself and saw many rude managers, so I know this.
In some cases employees may not leave their job because their managers are rude because manager also resign if he is not the owner of the business to take up job in another company. The reasons why staff reigns from their jobs are many.

I do agree with you. There are many reasons why staff would resign. I used to work for a company that used to demand a lot of work, so I resigned and now I am earning money using paid to post sites. We all have our own choices and I have chosen to work on paid to post sites.

It depends on the work or company that they are working with for a staff to resign maybe he has a problem with the company or he find a better job

There are situations whereby a staff after saving enough money to start his or her business , leaves the job in order to start something of his own .
