Actually there are staffs of a company that resigns due to situations beyond their control like marriage or a change of environment. So it's not true that staffs do not resign.

The main reason of such resignation is due to the management of the administration. No body likes to be resigned. But circumstances have become like this, that it is better to leave who knows something is better is awaiting for you. 🙂
Exactly nobody wants to resign from their job because it actually what they want to do to get paid but when things are not going the way supposed to be then they will have no option but to resign.

Yes. But the staff of such companies should be sympathetic to such staff. May be some reason is there for that they arr resigning, but no one wants to resign anyway. Bid them farewell with love.

People do resign. Although your own point of view may be the reason why some staff may deem it fit to resign, while others resign because they are tired of the job. Not every body loves doing monotonous work
Some retire when they realize that the job is not paying their Bills, so they resign to go and seek Greener pasture instead of continuing where they don't get appropriate reward.

sometimes they resign because maybe they have something much better than the current work they are doing or its could be because they have a lot of issues in their life which they may not be able to concentrate with their work , bad manager can also be the cause but mostly is because they have a better job.

Yes staffs do really resign their employment for more reasons than one. Not everyone is actually getting a better deal when it comes to their employment packages. As some are facing very bad situations at workplace

I've resigned from many jobs for various reasons, mainly because I wanted to do something different or I found a job with better money. I can only remember one job I left through sexual harassment when I was 17, some old pervert frightened the life out of me with his advances and I got sacked once for being rude to my boss. Apart from those two all the other jobs I resigned from voluntarily and on good terms.

Indeed staff do resign for several reasons. To my little understanding, the major reasons for this may be due to good purpose such as a case where the employee get a better offer, or an employee just decide to stop working for a personal reason.

From my experience and understanding there are some companies that don't even give a damn about what happened to their staff so even if they are in the position to sack them and they will even sack them without any kind of remorse.

Getting a better offer elsewhere is one of the most common reason why many people resign their jobs in my country. I think it's a very good reason.

Yes, they do resign when many factors entangles their progress, and they see no continuity in what they do, they can pick resignation letter and quit.

Do staff really resign? I don't think they resign and leave the job. Rather they leave because a bad manager can take a good team member and destroy them, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation.
What if financial crisis hit the business, what do you think will happen to the salary of the staffs and what they will stay thinking from that moment...

Employees Feel Underappreciated and Undervalued.
Lack of Proper Compensation and Communication Around Compensation.

You know when you are not treated well and you are at the peak of your level so you can quietly resign and think of a different business to do

You can resign your position as an employee if you discover that the condition of service is not going well with you as an employee. And also when your employer is not meeting up to its obligation, you can call it quit.

There is no work that is for life as far as I'm concerned. This is because there is always a condition attached to one's work and when they are no longer available, the work becomes useless.

This can only happen if where they are working is not favorable to them or they are not comfortable with it, sometimes it could also happen because they have found a place with higher payment than where they are, its could also be as a result of bad manager.

Lol, yes. When the conditions attached to the work isn't pleasing then their is every right for the employee or staff member to resign and seek for better option.
