Do staff really resign?

Personally, I have actually resigned as a staff in one of my workplace. I have worked in a company for about 7 years ago and it wasn't a good experience for me at all.

Staffs do resign from organisation when the pay is less and the work is more, most times they are frustrated with the job because the do not get motivated but stressed.

Concerning if staff do really resign. Well, I believe some staffs really do resign probably when they see better offers or other jobs that can pay them well and they resign also because of bad management. There are reasons for staff resigning

That's another fair point there. When a staff member has gotten it secured a more better offer in terms of pay cheque, he might most likely resign his present job to go take the new offer.

I'd like to make it very clear that whenever you are working in a company where you are not at peace with yourself and they are not paying you well either, there is nothing wrong if you retire.

Staff can only resign due to two different known reason to everybody, number one reason is that maybe the staff got another better offer that is juicy and more comfortable with the current one or maybe there is victimization at work.

How about those that are blackmailed to leave an organization like a boss lusting after an employee who doesn't concur and the boss has to make her resign, it's not common but it happens.

That's also one of the reasons why employee resign and most especially female employee that are being sexually harassed by her boss at work, it do really happen in the business world.

I do strongly believe that staffs do really resign. It's very simple, present a staff with a very mouth watering job offer with all the benefits that comes with it, and you'll see that staff resign his current employment for the new offer

There are one thousand and one reasons why an employee would want to leave any organisation at any given point in time which is just why organization should learn to prepare for replacement.

Seriously I think that if you conduct a research on how many people have resigned from work or the offices on daily basis we will find out there a lot of people that are resigning from their war because of one reason or another.

Most have will resign due to one reason or the other, most workers resign when they are not being paid well or when they're having too much stress on a particular job.

I happens to withnessed a teacher having an issue with the proprietor at work and the owner of the school slap the teacher and started beating him and later told him to write an apology letter , the teacher had to resign immediately .

Do staff really resign? I don't think they resign and leave the job. Rather they leave because a bad manager can take a good team member and destroy them, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation.

Is it actually i think Employees usually leave the job because managers are rude and this is one of the major reasons why staff members resign. I believe that employees should be treated well and paid well for their work. Employees also have their own rights. I have also experienced this myself and saw many rude managers, so I know this.

There is nothing wrong with resigning from your workplace as long as you have satisfied your conscience and personality with what you are doing proving the fact that the job or the employer doesn't want your services anymore.

The option of feeling underpaid is one of the reasons why so many people resign from their work and you can't really blame them when they really know that they are doing the best that they are supposed to do for their company but they are being undervalued.

Of course yes when you start working for a company there is always going to be a day when you will stop working for a company so when you get to the time when you want to stop working for the company you resign from the work and that's it.

Hmmmm, well I think the answer to that is yes, despite the fact that I know that sometimes it might be difficult to resign looking at all the bills to pay but we sometimes get tired with our jobs and sometimes the problem might lie with the working conditions or poor welfare package.

From my experience and understanding about working in a company and resigning, once there is a breach of agreement between both parties, one will resign.

The main reason of such resignation is due to the management of the administration. No body likes to be resigned. But circumstances have become like this, that it is better to leave who knows something is better is awaiting for you. 🙂
