Do staff really resign? I don't think they resign and leave the job. Rather they leave because a bad manager can take a good team member and destroy them, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation.

People do resign. Although your own point of view may be the reason why some staff may deem it fit to resign, while others resign because they are tired of the job. Not every body loves doing monotonous work

Staff members do resign, when the company isn't favourable to them, through hash decision making by the CEO of the company or business. Many unforseen factors can make staffs quitting from work.

There is a recent resignation of several staff in my wife's office, they actually not just staff but executives. They admitted that they couldn't go along with the boss on the new policies. Most of them said they will take a vacation first before applying for another job but it is obvious that they will move to another company.

That's the case actually. They leave to preserve their own sanity and of course because their morale for working in such organization must have been bastardized by their superiors

Staff do resign from their jobs and the reasons why people do resign from their jobs are numerous. Some staff resign due to poor salary, some resign because of irregular salary payments, some resign when they have better offer in another company, some can resign to establish their own business.

Concerning if staff do really resign. Well, I believe some staffs really do resign probably when they see better offers or other jobs that can pay them well and they resign also because of bad management. There are reasons for staff resigning

Staffs/employee due to many reason, one is bad management in the company that's affecting the staff's , salary reduction or if the staff has another opportunity of job somewhere else.

Well, in reply to your above question concerning if staffs do really resign from a job, well i would say yes they do, staffs do really resign, could be due to bettet job offers or bad treatment from their current company or manger now

Well there are lots of reasons an employee could resign, he could have seen a better job elsewhere or it could be for personal reasons like chasing his own personal goals

I have resigned from jobs in the past for reasons that had nothing to do with the management. Sometimes you just need to move on to other opportunities.

I agree. A lot of factors culminates the resignation of a worker. Just like you rightly stated, it could be as a result of the employee wanting to chase after his/her ambition.

It is possible for some people to resign willingly without any issues with the management of the company. People may resign to take up better job elsewhere in order to improve their standard of living though we do have situation where people resign due to the missmanagement of the company.

People resign in an organisation, people leave, people have different reasons for staying or leaving an organization as it is when they feel comfortable they stay and if that changes they have a rethink.

Employees usually leave the job because managers are rude and this is one of the major reasons why staff members resign. I believe that employees should be treated well and paid well for their work. Employees also have their own rights. I have also experienced this myself and saw many rude managers, so I know this.

Definitely I see no reason why you should resign from a job unless it doesnt go well at your workplace or you already found a better option as in job opportunity that values more than the one you do .

Yes, in a way you are right, when superiors do not value the staff and there is bad treatment towards them, they make the decision to resign. However, the opposite happens when employers value the effort of employees.

Staff can only resign due to two different known reason to everybody, number one reason is that maybe the staff got another better offer that is juicy and more comfortable with the current one or maybe there is victimization at work.
