Nice exposure on these two terms, I love the way and manner that you broke the terms down to our layman's understanding, I don't think there will be anyone that won't understand this, I used to also use them interchangeably before but now I know better.

Saving will help you when you need capital or future expenses to make. It prevents you from spending extravagantly and ensure you make plans for your money. Investment is putting your savings into good use that will bring in more money to your account, instead of laying away in depreciation.

I think the money you save is saved all the time and it depends on you to use or not but invest money on something can also have benefits to increase the money.it is better to invest money to save.

People consider these two things as similar but their is a difference between them.
Saving money means you put your money aside, without using it.Just save it.
On the other hand, investing money is the name to buy things which changes their value according to time and you get profit.

Savings is a reduction in cost or expenditures or its also means keeping money aside to meet long or short term period....investment means putting money into a business or venture to yield profit

Yeah, that is right. Investment involves risks but you earn some profits from it. While investmebt is more safe as your money is intact somewhere waiting for an emergency or a certain target you have set. But with saving for a long time, you face the risk of your money loosing its value due to inflation.

Saving and investing are two related but different terms. In clear terms, you save what you do not need to use at the moment until a later time when its use would be required. On the other hand, you invest what you may/may not need at the moment with the view of making profit from it in the future. The major difference between saving and Investing is that saving does not yield profit while investing does if rightly done. You get the same amount of whatever you save regardless of the number of years involved while you'd likely get an increase in whatever you invest in a period of time.

There is a lot of difference between save business and investment. If we investment some money on any project we can get profit . For example if we buy a house to invest money . We can sell this after some time and get money through out this . But if we saved our money we can't get profit because money no increased.

Savings simply means keeping some amount of money apart either in the house or bank for either long-term or short term without any form of risk, and with little or no interest.

While investment is putting some amount of money into a venture with the hope of making some profit from the investment with some level of risk

there are much different between savings and investment. When you put your money in the bank that is savings and you can collect your money at any point in time you can also collect it immediately when you log your money. But when you are talking about investment this is when you invest in a business or company which is band by an agreement between you and in the company you are investing in. You can't collect your money without the maturity date.

With the situation at which we are presently in todays you can emphasis that investment is one of the best ways to still keep yourself living because there less available job where as there large set or batch of graduand every year tertiary institution releases both few number number get to secure a job.
So it is likely that the rate of investment will be more than the rate at which saving occur.
Also you can get saving getting a little feedback because of the less privileged that are unaware about the situation of things around.
That why I say that get involve so as to be informed when opportunities arises.

This is correct.
Saving is where you keep money to meet some needs whereby there is no gain or it may yield very little interests depending on the period you have kept the money.
Investment is where you use money to create more money like using money in business to earn profit

Well you cleared my concept of saving and investment. I think it was simple and easy way to tell someone that what's the difference between these two. I think it's better to invest sometimes rather than in savings. Because one should take risks too. Savings are also good but I think to use that money is far better than keeping it safe at one place.
