Most times, the delivery charges of online stores is what puts me off from making a purchase from these stores. It's annoying that one might spend little in purchasing a product and spend so much on getting the product delivered to one.

The state is obliging all these VAT for the purchaser to protect the local product and sometimes the deliver is paying all fee and state is imposing new fees that is totally to prevent people purchasing online, this is state technologies.

There are many companies that do charge a good amount of money for delivery and this is due to the fact that the prices of gasoline are increasing at an incredible rate.

That's why you need to make the customer and fully understand the situation. They may think you are ripping them off if you don't take time to explain to them.

I think that this also involves communicating with the customer in the best manner. Sometimes communicating with the customer eases many problems as well.
