Do you feel comfortable ordering food items from Amazon, Etsy, and eBay?

I would rather order food from my local vendor I have around me than to place such order from Amazon and other stores. I could place order for electronics and other devices from Amazon but not food..

I have gotten food items from Amazon but never Etsy or eBay. I think Amazon deals directly with companies whereas Etsy and eBay are individuals selling the products. These can be tampered with, expired, etc. so I would never risk it.

Amazon is definitely more reliable than any of those other websites like Etsy and eBay when it comes to ordering food stuffs. The level of strictness on Amazon when it comes to food items and making sure they meet healthy standards is higher than what you get from Etsy and eBay. It's why I don't ever consider using them for any kind of food items.
