Dealing with copycats?

It's critical to register your business before starting a website so that you may copyright your content and prosecute anyone who steals it.

One way to deal with copycats of such nature is to take a legal measure to reach your case is being addressed maturely and in a way that the law deems it fit. If found guilty punishments are stated out clearly for such offences
When you leave your work to be copied, you're the one that's to be blamed. Take for example, if you don't have any patent for your works, it is free to be copied.

This is hilarious and at the same time annoying to be sincere and also the best way to handle such case for me, is to step up your game. I believe that the copycat cannot copy everything to the exact dotting of the letter I.

If you are using content management system to create a website, your website might look just exact to another site and you cannot sue the other site for copying the design.

It's really funny most times and in some cases you may see them trying to sue you.
I'm running this Facebook community and there's this guy who copied all my stuffs, my group name,my logo and just everything, and what next, he sent me a treat message asking me to take down my group or he will sue me for copyright, well, I went to the details and have a screenshot of the date I created my group and the date he created he's and it was a whole year apart, I sent the screenshot proof to him with the caption "see you in court", now he had changed everything in his page

I have had to deal with a lot of people who stole my content. I had to work had to make them remove my content. I also have had issue with people who copied some portion of my website. The internet has made it easier for people to steal intellectual property.

Me I don't really like people to copy me or not do something I do, it's very annoying and frustrating at times but what one will just ignore them and try to improve on one's self at all times

You can report them to the Google of copyright infringement. Google will take down the website from search engine and it will lose all it's traffic. You must be about to should proof of the claim before Google takes action.

Contact the site owner first and get them to take it down or change it. Failing that find out their web host and report them so they can take them down. You can also report them to Google through Search Console to have them blacklisted from search which will help visitors pick the right website when they search.

I don't really think that their is a measure that would be taken to stop that. You will have to come out with better plans on how to make your site a little distinct from what it used to be. Or is it possible to sue such person for copyright infringement?

How do you deal with someone who blatantly copied your site nearly down to the T? All the way down to the theme your site uses then plays it off like they weren't trying to completely rip off your site and have the guts to actually register on your site to ask you for help on how to achieve a certain thing?

I guess I should be flattered someone wanted to copy my work but in all seriousness, it's just really annoying. What's the best way to deal with this?
I think that it depends on the site because i have noticed that there is a lot of these types of forums that have a very similar structure to them and i think that is because the source code of it is the same.
