If you don't satisfy people who are patronizing you in any area of your business, then how will you be able to gain the trust of them to come next time to do business with you ? In any business organisation you are ,gaining the trust and satisfying customers should be the best thing you should strive to do.

Customers can easily be gotten and customers can easily be lost. We can draw customers when we meet their needs and satisfaction. When our customers are no longer happy with the services we render to them we will begin to notice that they will gradually decrease drastically.
 
I totally agree with your submission on the importance of customers to a business, not just any customers but highly satisfied customers. This is like the sole reason for your business existence as these customers are the reason for the creation of your business.

When there are many customers I would still be greeted and the vendor will apologize so that I would wait for 3 to 5 minutes to be serviced. I can feel the concern of the vendor for their customer and I like that style because I have not shifted to another vendor for years now.
 
For business striving customers satisfaction is more important because only they can make your business developed and grow.
You should know how to dealt with the customers because due to the recent trend the customers need to knows how this business products are running and is this good or not.
Try to not misbehave with their requirements because just they can help us that what is right now going in trend and what will be in future.

You're right, it is indeed very important. There is a popular saying that goes "customer is always right" one should pet his or her customer, even in the heat of an argument one should not shout at his customer.
