Customer's are always right

Customers are right but not at all time. It is good to protect the right of customers but we need to know when to pit them in their place when they overstepped their boundaries.
Exactly, customers are right because they have the right to demand for good quality products, that is the only right of the customers as long as I know. The customer did not have the right to take a product without payment.

Customer are always right but depending on the kind of customer in question. two type of them exist the one is ready to see your business progress and the one who is willing to see your failure. it is good and better to always bear it in mind of this category of customers.
 
No matter what,even if you are 100%right,all you need do so that you can always have that particular customer is to Pretend he or she is right, loosing a customer mean you have lost alot of money.
 
There are always two type of customers. The one's that are happy with your line of business, patronizes you and see your business grow. On the other side of the fence are the ones that are just out there to kill your business. There's a need to differentiate between these two for the clause " customers are always right to stand"
Some customer just know how to frastrate people if you are not careful with them they might end up destroying your business by telling others how bad your business is, and that might stop them from patronizing you. It takes wisdom to deal with customers
 
Customers are always right saying is almost said by most entrepreneurs. Customers should be given right actually but not too much right because if you make them right all times, it's not good
 
As painful as it is, the customer is always right no matter what, no matter how or what the situation or condition is the customer is always right because as a business personnel your first aim is to make steel and if you're not ready to kiss up to a customer who convinced the customer in a way to kiss up to your business while you are kissing up the customer so that you can make a sale you're not ready to be a business person.
Yes customers are always right because as a businessman you are there to please your customers and you must do all the possible best to make sure that they are pleased with your products and also with your business environment.
 
This statement needs to be reviewed, not that the customers are not right but not always. Most of them will always confirm with you that they are not(from experience), such making the statement wrong in phrase.
 
The customer always right but that should not be the reasons for you to be overlook the customer attitude rpthat could led to the downfall of your business
 
If what the customer has done is wrong then he should be made to understand that and if it's the attendant then he should take the blame and apologize.

yes that's true ,customer are always right ,but there are some people that pretend to be your customer while they are not ,they just want your business to collapse that's all that they need ,which is very bad
 
This statement needs to be categorically reviewed, some customers are not "always" right. I stand to be corrected, there are times customers are corrected and they accept to be corrected. But for peace to reign & business to continue, customers are always right.

Yes Princee, You are right. Each and every business depends on your customers.
Exactly and you must work to their taste. If they are not satisfied u might as well close down your business. Give the customers what they want
 
The customers are always right mentality are often used for those kind of customers that are not always satisfied. However, one just need to dance to their tune to make money but that shouldn't be to the detriment of the business.
Even when they are not right! We just have to look for a way to sweet-talk them into buying our products or services because we will always need them for our business to grow.

We are bringing him by this culture or agreeing to the fact that customers are always right no matter what habit that they are displayed in the business this is so that the customers can keep on coming and they are bringing a lot of money into the organisation.
 
When they say that the customer is always right, that doesn't mean that a customer who go about fighting the store owner for just course will now be termed to be right in this case. No, customers in this scenario aren't always right
 
Truly they are always right doesn't literally means right what we are saying is that their opinion towards newly product or product

The customers are always right, So long as you want to make your sales.
There are certain things customers do which you would have to ignore so as to be able to get them buy your product. I have been working with this assertion for a long time now. It works!
 
This notion is based on a shaky foundation. There are some things or tune an entrepreneur shouldn't dance to because you don't want to loose a customer. There are some customers that are detrimental to your business, it is better to throw the bad egg out or be ready to face a sinking ship.
 
This line that says customer is always right should not be taken literally. It was designed to give confidence to the customer if they are on the right side of the law and morality. When a product bought is defective then the customer has a right to ask for a refund or replacement.
This is always the case with most customers,as this is something that has come to stay with any business owner who wants to continue to service and make his customers happy,their suggestions should be taken seriously.
 
Customers are not always right at all time. Sometimes the customers just wanted to take the advantage of a situation to cheat the seller.
