Customer's are always right

The fact that customers are always right is not applicable to all sectors and economy. to some extent they can be right and sometimes wrong in there dealings.
I understand your point and there are some situations where the customers are always wrong but because of their patronage that we need , we tend not to look at their wrong doing .

There are always two type of customers. The one's that are happy with your line of business, patronizes you and see your business grow. On the other side of the fence are the ones that are just out there to kill your business. There's a need to differentiate between these two for the clause " customers are always right to stand"
I think as a business person, you have to pander to the customers even when you know they are in the wrong. There is the need to exercise patience and try to cajole them into buying your product regardless. However, if the criticism is not constructive and abusive, then you may have to reprimand the customer politely
 
Customers are always right because as a business owner , you are expected to provide the best and quality product since your client have worked hard to raise the money they are paying . You just have to give them what they need.

You know the detailed things about customers in the line of business , customer might not be right sometimes but because we want their money , we keep pampering them .

Those are marketing strategy in business. You definitely have to make them feel special to avoid other people from winning them , remember there is a competition in today's market.
 
This narrative actually exists and truly the customer is always right. However in most cases the customer is the boss as they are the ones that promote the business. They are them that determine the fate of the business therefore it's it's a good thing if they can be handled keenly
 
This line that says customer is always right should not be taken literally. It was designed to give confidence to the customer if they are on the right side of the law and morality. When a product bought is defective then the customer has a right to ask for a refund or replacement.
This is why they say the customer is always right,because in most cases they are the ones that need to be given optimal service,and their specification is what we will always work with when we want to produce a product.
 
This cliche is a myth and shouldn't be taken to heart , However, one just need to dance to their tune to make money but that shouldn't be to the detriment of the business.
 
Customers are always right regardless of whatever happened. Of the truth, there are some customers that don't want your business to move forward. But you just have to treat them better and right.
