Customer service is one of the most important aspect of business and many organizations takes it very serious. Most times, customers do complain of not being promptly attended to by customer service agents, this is usually due to the few number of agents available at any given time compared to the number of customers on the wait list to be attended to.

This lack of personnel to attend to complaints usually causes delay to complaints resolution and dissatisfaction for the customers. Organizations need to do more in recruiting and training of customer service agents.

You need to be very good to be able to have a customer service option for your business. As a business owner, it is not always easy to set it up especially when you are looking at some of the things that matter in the business.
