Clarification

Hello there, recently I left a forum I worked at due to the the way it was run which to me, seems pretty cut and dry. The admin of the particular forum, StevenF50 took this way out of proportion and decided to change the index page of his site to say myself and Sylar hacked his forum. I will state categorically that this is not true in the slightest.

He was mad first of all due to the fact he was fired from Sylars forum, Promotion Box which thus obviously started his rage fest. I have posted the conversation below.

I want to state that I do not approve of hacking in any forms and as such, I do not and will never, hack a forum/site of any kind.

I've always seen him posting arounf PB and other admin forums, and I came to respect him on most of the communities I see him in.. although this is just a joke. Honestly, what self respecting person would even sink this low? My stance on this is for every forum admin to get together in a world summit held in Ireland (so I can go), in which everyone outright alienates Steven from every single forum on the internet, that way he can't talk his pure shit to anyone any more.

Really though, the guy is probably just a kid and can't take rejection too well. I'd be damned if it tries to ruin your reputation though, fuck that!

Find forums with old softwares, ie not updated softwares. Then find a vulnerability on that version, then search for exploits for that vulnerability and you are good to go!

Or you could actually find a vulnerability by yourself and then create an exploit.
Then don't publish it. Sell it instead. Another way of making money!
Or you could provide the POC and inform the software creators <- that is white hat stuff and often you wont get anything in return!
