I don't have any problem with that , just that the person I am employing into the business must be responsible . That is what what matters and only when I am sure they are willing to take the business responsibility seriously.

If they are experts and have knowledge about managing a business then you can hire them but if they don't know anything about business then it would be risky for your business.
