Well, there might be many people who may be reluctant to trust their co-workers. This is because the workplace politics might be a huge factor why co-workers may have a really harder time trusting each other. This is a major problem faced by many people in their workplace.

I'm completely reluctant to trust any of my co-workers that I haven't vetted to be someone whom I can count on. When the least people you expected in this life turn out to be the one's that betray you, all manner of trust in you will go into lock and key.

You should never allow your relationship with anyone whether the person is a lady or a man to influence how you normally do your things especially when it comes to working and making money from a business project. This is so that you are not going to be taken advantage of. This is the reason why I'm always objective when it comes to anything I'm doing that's business related.

Not at all. I would carry out my responsibilities as I usually do and this is something that I realise. Having any kind of relationship with any kind of person must never have any kind of effect on your responsibilities. Unfortunately, many people never realise this.

Whenever you see someone that have the same feeling towards you and behave in the right manner when it comes to how they relate with you, you are always going to enjoy the relationship with them because they will find it very difficult to do something that is going to affect you emotionally and psychologically, so that is going to be something that is healthy for you.
