Sensitive issues should be discussed by the higher management in many cases. Such kind of issues should be dealt in the best manner. Such kind of issues require a person to manage and deal with such kind of issues in a really professional manner.
 
Whenever there is a sensitive matter between my employees, it is always very important for this kind of matter to be resolved in person and not through any kind of communication channel online. It is when those who are involved in this kind of situation are brought and spoken to in person that you will know the best way to resolve the matter amicably.
