In my country the vast majority of people who have gone through the INCE, have managed to have good jobs and in other cases an entrepreneurship.

INCE is a company related to CISCO course as I repeadly see this term in CISCO formations and routers and CISCO level 1,2,3,4,5, 6 [CCNA 1, CCNA 2 and CCNA 3 are easy but starting from CCNA4 you will find hard for certification] add to Huwawei courses [there is relation between two certifications]. Your brother was very lucky to get such opportunity to be trained by the government. There is a skill which I wish to learn but I do not have the fund to finance it, if there is an acquisition centre, I would have benefited from it.

Having this type of institute is good for the growth of the country as it will help empower the unemployed citizens to be able to provide for themselves.

The standard here in college education is to undergo office training as a requirement for graduation. Usually the training is 200 hours and offices are not required to pay an allowance although big companies give allowances to the apprentice. The advantage of the apprenticeship program is that some companies hire the apprentice when they graduate.

Its become a common practice in the educational system to have students GI through practical knowledge in affiliate organisations which I can say is helpful

Business apprenticeship is the inthing now, be it on trades like handcrafts or commercial apprenticeship on actual trade buying and selling. This is what people need to get themselves first hand experience and exposure for daily improved standard of living

The same is true and is happening in our college education system here in our area. You cannot graduate without internship program. If your degree is accounting then you can apply internship program in accounting firms.

There are so many people who are business apprentice they are learning the form of business before actually going into the business in full that is the best way to be successful in the business.

In my country there is an institute with the name INCE "National Institute of Training and Education" where they teach a series of courses ranging from the administrative area that includes: Linux and LibreOffice Environment, Windows and Office Environment, Business Computer Assistant, Business Assistant exterior, etc, and the Industrial area that includes: Agriculture, Masonry, Shoemaking, Blacksmithing, Brass and car painting, Reading and interpretation of plans, Oil plant operator, General binding operator, Pastry chef and baker, among many others. These students attend theoretical classes for 3 months, and then go to companies as apprentices receiving payment, both from the INCE and the company. Upon completing the learning hours, the company decides whether to leave them as employees or not.
Is there an institute like this in your country? What benefit does the company have with these students? Is it a waste of time and money for the company?

What a lovely country to be, I just wish such an institute can be established in mine, with that most people will find it easy to have jobs and to even create more to improve the general standard of living

Exactly, I think that is one of the main goals of the institute, to help young people to become independent either by offering their services or by becoming entrepreneurs.

The important thing is that they strive and dedicate themselves to learn any trade correctly, in order to achieve what you are describing, which is to improve their standard of living. To have the opportunity to develop and bring money home.

Yes, it is one of the situations that can occur, however, the damage is done by the person. When leaving the institute you will not receive credentials from it, and when looking for a job or offering your services you will not have an endorsement to back it up.
