I think as an entrepreneur the only way to deal with stress is by accepting your limitation and the fact that you cant do everything on your own.you should delegaye duties and believe in your team that they can handle things in your absence.Most times we tend to believe business revolves around us but then we have to learn to give people responsibilities and trust that they can handle it.
