I plan my financial life by myself . Am ok with that.
But in the nearest future I would definitely hire a financial assist because I am intending to start a company

Yeah we are always hoping to be at the top.
Even though we are not there yet, plans are on ground to see that we make it on time .

I think that it all depends on how large your business is. Some people run a really large business and they are not able to handle the accounts and financial system of the company.
